Thomson’s have won the title, in the Readers Digest Trusted Brands Survey for the 9th consecutive year.

Readers vote for the companies they feel provide consistent service in an effort to build trust with its customers.

Readers Digest confirmed that Thomson have dominated the Holiday Operator category since the awards began in 2001, proving that they are consistent in quality and service, and successful in establishing a trusting relationship with their customers.
