New Cruise Ship Planned for 2010

The Norwegian Epic is currently under construction, and will be Norwegian Cruise Lines largest ship with a capacity of 4,200 passengers.

The ship is due to start running Caribbean cruises from Miami operating from 17th July 2010.

Action packed activities are planned for this new ship, two six lane bowling alleys, squash court and abseiling will be a few of the activities available on board.

An aqua park with three water slides, one designed for children that will flow through a 33foot high rock climbing wall. The aqua park will have two main swimming pools with water effects that are illuminated at night as well as a children’s pool. It will also feature a wading pool and five whirlpools.

The Norwegian Epic will have 24 hour room service, fourteen restaurants with eighteen bars and lounges.

Bookings for this new ship will begin on 20th May when information regarding three other bars and another restaurant will be announced.
