UK Bookings Down 12% For Summer 2009

Figures from research company GFX Ascent MI’s Leisure Travel Monitor state that UK bookings for summer 2009 are down 12% on February 2008.
The drop in summer bookings covers package holidays as well as seat and accommodation only. Direct bookings are down 16% and high street bookings down 10%.
